Santa Ana's investigation into mayor's dealings could be released Sept. 30
SANTA ANA – The city by late September will release its findings in the investigation of a 2010 land swap involving Mayor Miguel Pulido if no actions are filed by other investigating agencies looking into the mayor’s dealings, according to city officials.
