what can we do with air ticket purchased from priceline. we don't need it any more and its non refundable

what can we do with air ticket purchased from priceline. we don't need it any more and its non refundable?
we got 2 tickets on a cheap deal from priceline, now we don't want to go. what can we do with it? flight is tomorrow. does it mean 300 bucks down the gutter? its from santa ana california to san francisco ca... ok now i'm confused, can we sell it (legally) or not?? i don't want to do anything that is illegal. thanks for the replies ppl

sell it on and they just need the names changing which you can do at the airport for an extra charge. good luck selling them. hope you don't lose $300.

Yes, it may be $300 down the drain. But call the airline; find out what their change fees and policies are. For a fee (plus any difference in fare) you may be able to change the ticket to a different date and maybe even destination. Airline tickets generally cannot be transferred to another person.

Ebay, Craigslist. It's legal.

If you have someone willing to buy the tickets you will need to contact the airline and pay whatever they decide for a name change. It is not possible to simply sell the ticket unless you find someone with your name!
